Analogue problems become digital solutions.

I find the sticky notes, spreadsheets and waiting lines that quietly slow a business down — and build real, usable software against them. Fast-prototyped, built with AI tools, shipped to real people.

Future design means, to me: thinking innovation, entrepreneurship and design together — we design the future.

Yücel Işık & Charlie Işık · Reichenschwand, Bavaria

Before I built software, I led people for two decades: as a state-certified childcare educator, social pedagogue (B.A.), and director of several daycare centres around Nuremberg. I ran emergency housing for refugees, did intercultural education work in Jerusalem, and volunteer for people with disabilities.

Those years shaped me before I ever wrote a line of code: listening, understanding real processes, improvising under real conditions, taking responsibility for teams and people. Today I translate that into software — backed by a Master's in Future Design (entrepreneurship, innovation, design) at Hochschule Coburg, and AI tools in hand.

Selection

Transformations

Analogue problems become digital, automated, AI-integrated platforms and processes — across different industries. A selection:

Web app · Class scheduling

Weekly Schedule

A fitness studio's paper class schedule became an installable web app with a live schedule, admin area, and a QR code to share.

Process guidance · Real estate

ImmoCockpit

A digital cockpit that guides property buyers step by step through the purchase process — instead of paperwork and scattered documents.

AI automation · Recruiting

Bridge2Talent

Automated capture and digitisation in the recruiting process — manual paperwork becomes a structured, AI-assisted workflow.

More case files will be added as they're completed.

Procedure

Method

Prototype in days, not months — with real data, not wireframes.

§ 03
